Phase 2
Capability-Building Workshops
Your team builds and deploys real AI tools during the session. Not in a sandbox — in your actual operations.
What this is
Hands-on, structured workshops where your ops team builds actual AI infrastructure for your business. We facilitate and co-build. Your people do the work.
The goal isn't a tool we hand over — it's a team that can operate, modify, and extend AI tools without calling an outside vendor. That distinction matters a lot in practice.
What gets built
Depends on the Strategic Clarity Workshop output. Typically some combination of:
- → Internal automation tools (document processing, data extraction, workflow triggers)
- → Decision-support tools (dashboards, scenario models, pricing tools)
- → Agent-based workflows for repetitive operations tasks
All tooling uses open-source components. Full codebase and documentation is transferred to the client.
Who should be in the room
- → The ops team members who will actually run the tools day-to-day (required)
- → A technical lead or developer if one exists (recommended — not required; we build for non-technical operators where possible)
- — Management attendance is optional for these sessions; participation is more valuable than observation
Format
Series of workshops, typically 1–2 days each, spaced to allow internal testing between sessions.
Number of sessions depends on scope — typically 3–6 over 6–10 weeks.
What you walk away with
- → Working tools deployed in your actual environment
- → Full ownership of all code and infrastructure — no Flowcraft dependency
- → A team that has built alongside us and can extend what was built independently
- → Documentation written for operators, not developers
These workshops work best when they follow a Strategic Clarity session — the scope is sharper and the tools are more likely to solve the right problems.
